List your cars
Add the make, model, daily rate and photos. List a car on Motoka and renters can see it straight away.
Take bookings
Renters ask for a car on their dates. You answer, book it, hand over the keys and check it back in.

Every car with its daily rate and photos, and whether renters can see it.
Bookings
Who has each car and when it is due back. A car cannot be booked twice for the same days.

Your hirers and their licences. A car is not booked to anybody without one on file.

Messages from renters who found a car on Motoka, answered in one inbox.
Payments
Deposits, hire payments and refunds, with what each customer still owes.
Staff
A login for each of your team, and a role that decides what they can see and do.

Questions
- Do renters pay through Motoka?
- Not yet. A renter sends a request for their dates, you agree the price and the deposit with them, and you take the money yourself. Then you record it on the booking.
- Do I need anything else to run my company?
- No. Registering here is all it takes. Your cars, bookings, customers, payments, staff and company details are all on your Motoka desk, and the cars you list here stay on Motoka. A FOUR16 login works here too if you already have one.
- Can my staff use it?
- Yes. Add them on the Staff screen of your desk. Each gets their own login, and their role decides what they can see and do.
